The session was amazing and so personally geared to what we needed. Between the content and interaction, it was a 10/10. We would love to have Tracy back next year and are already working on dates and locations. I look forward to booking for next year!

The event was FANTASTIC! Tracy provided communication strategies that an employee can implement RIGHT NOW and see change. I especially loved the “Timely Talk,” model, and I have already used it with a co-worker and my husband!

Tracy is just the right combination of process and strategy along with fun! As an organization that brings in over ten national speakers each year, speaking to nearly 200 professionals varying in all career paths, Tracy was one of the best speakers we have commissioned in years. She was entertaining, insightful, compelling and empowering. She has an incredible talent for intertwining professional development topics into fun, enticing presentations; even topics that our attendees had seen before, such as working with difficult personalities, were fresh and full of new information. Using Tracy Spears to lead us through a board engagement process was the best thing we have done for the Tulsa Historical Society & Museum in years.  Not only did we assess whether we had the right committees doing the right things, our board members left the four-hour session committed to doing specific tasks.  Accountability is the next step and we will be able to celebrate board accomplishments by the end of the year.

It was refreshing to hear Tracy Spears speak on those 5 conversations.  I think too many times these days, we don’t have those difficult yet productive conversations.  By having those conversations, we can help others grow professionally as well as help our organizations become more productive.  She not only tells you how those conversations are helpful but gives the audience specific skills in how to carry out those conversations.

Strategic Planning with Tracy is an inspiring experience! Having the opportunity to work with Tracy twice, one as a staff member and one as a board member for different organizations, I can honestly say that each time everyone left feeling that we had common goals and a plan in place to move forward. She definitely knows how to bring people together in a fun and productive way.

I have repeatedly engaged Tracy Spears for presentations across the Firm, for different audiences, and on different topics. She is a master at effectively delivering a presentation. This is evident from the audience’s responses to her. Especially from partners at a law firm, who usually want to receive valuable information and perspectives from other lawyers. At the conclusion of one presentation, I had a partner say, “why isn’t she presenting on more topics and more often” and another chimed in with, “that’s the best coaching advice that I have ever received.” Audiences have requested that I bring Tracy back to deliver her presentation on temperaments and how to navigate a team.

Tracy is fluent in her topics, up on current events and trends, personable, reads a crowd well, and knows how to hone in on issues or topics expressed through participants’ responses or questions. I have witnessed her change the direction of her presentation because she realized that the audience would better respond to a different approach. Tracy, clearly, does not deliver a “canned” session.

Tracy does an outstanding job of providing insights and practical application of those insights for leaders in the workplace. Current and future leaders should find her knowledge and information as a valuable resource tool in their quest to be better leaders.

Tracy’s sessions stand out because she gives practical answers to complex questions, balancing telling it like it is with genuine empathy. She brings a brilliant perspective to this population of growing leaders, especially at this moment in time when it feels like leaders are being asked to be—somehow—both more results-oriented and more empathetic. Many are leading teams through pandemic fatigue or strategic and organizational changes.

Tracy Spears is a phenomenal speaker and executive coach.  Her materials, particularly on temperament type-casting, are innovative and engaging.  I have seen Tracy conduct her workshop three times and each time, I learn a new fact about myself and my colleagues.  Attending Tracy’s workshop should be a prerequisite for any professional or manager who works with teams.  Tracy will arm you with tools to help you manage up or down, and most importantly, manage yourself.

Having Tracy Spears speak to associates was one of the year’s highlights for our organization. Tracy came in fully prepared, engaged, and ready to get people thinking differently than they had before. Talking about a topic like Imposter Syndrome can bring up a lot of questions, and a lot of emotions, which Tracy navigated with ease. Also, the conversation on self-limiting beliefs really resonated with folks, as we are all a continuous work in progress. Tracy’s message was simple and direct; we can all do hard things; we can control our impact and we can decide how to move forward for the best possible outcome. Even though the content was marketed by our Women’s Business Resource Group, a lot of the interaction and participation during the session came from men in the audience. Tracy made all participants feel welcome in the room which made for an excellent discussion!
